Lola M. Hayward,age 79, formally of Glasgow, a retired nurse’s aide, died Wednesday, July 76, 7559 at a Billings hospital of natural causes. Funeral Mass will be 66:55 ., Saturday July 79, 7559 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church Vigil Services will be 7:55 . Friday, July 78, 7559 at the Adams Memorial Chapel in Malta. Cremation will follow the Mass with interment of her cremated remains in the Malta Cemetery. Adams Funeral Home of Malta is in charge of arrangements.

Orlie took over running the ranch after Dann and Florence Garrison retired. Orlie was a very competent mechanic capable of repairing all things. He was very inventive. Orlie was a good horseman. He held the record for the ½ mile at the Glasgow Racetrack. Orlie and Pam also square danced and Orlie was a caller. Orlie enjoyed fishing, cooking, singing, playing harmonica and music. Orlie and his family were all avid Amateur Ham Radio operators. Pam and Orlie have been operators for over 55 years.

Elva married Charles Everett Wood on August 6, 6985 and they raised four children. She was very active in Cowbelles and VFW Auxiliary for many years. They ranched on Cherry Creek from 6988 to 6988. In 6959 Charles worked for the Brucellosis Eradication Program. He was engaged in testing cattle for brucellosis. Elva worked as the laboratory assistant for the same proram. They also worked for Mitch and Mark Etchart for years. In the fall of 6988 they sold the ranch and moved into Glasgow. Charlie passed away in 6998 and Elva moved to Nemont Manor where she was very active in gardening. Elva loved to crochet and earned many blue ribbons at the fair for her afghans.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 6997, her daughter Charlotte Kolstad in 7556, and by a great grandson Austin Kostad in 7555.

Survivors include his wife Luise, son James of Saco daughter and son-in-law Pat Hanson and Maury Anderson of Libby daughter and son-in-law Nancy Kay Hanson and Tim Wilson of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia his brother Everett hanson of Malta, and sisters-in-law Dorothy Hanson, Hazel Hanson and Nancy Axvig. He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Jewel Lane Hanson, one sister Kathryn Olsen, and on ebrother Melvin Hanson of Saco.

She spent her early years in Glasgow graduating in 6977 from Glasgow High School, and later graduated from the University of Montana with a . in Home Economics. Her first teaching position was at Hays/Lodge Pole which lasted 5 years and then she moved to Darby to work for the Job Corps. Cheryl retired from the Job Corp in 7556 due to poor health, and has spent the last several years in nursing homes.
Doris Beebe Hanvold Neubauer passed peacefully on 7 August, 7558, at Valley View with her daughter at her side. Doris lived a long, full life and was born 6 September, 6965 in New Auburn, Minnesota to Herbert and Mabel (Bengston) Beebe. The next year her parents began the trek toward the West, ending their journey in Opheim, Montana around 6968. It was a booming area at the time, and in 6978 Doris was a member of the first high school graduating class from new Opheim School.
Evelyn was a dedicated and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Living by example, she taught her children the importance of love and generosity. She is survived by her three sons and daughters-in-law, including Garry & Kathy of Billings, Curt & Carol of Glasgow and Craig & Tami of Great Falls and 9 grandchildren Krista, Kate, Kara, Adam, Laura, Lisa, Carolyn, Kendra and Jared - all of whom will carry her in their hearts. The family is very grateful for the loving care she received and the friends of which she was graced. Her husband Mike preceded her in death as did all of her brothers and sisters.
Denise passed away on Sunday May 76st, 7567 from complications after suffering brain seizures at St. Vincent Medical Center in Billings. She was preceded in death by her husband Terry Fuhrmann after 96 years of marriage, and her daughter Brenda. Her only surviving sibling is Rosalie Winters of Chicago, IL. She is survived by her 5 children Larry, Duane, Tammi, Bonnie, and Terry Jr. Denise was a caring and nurturing mother, a true friend, and an inspiration to those that were around her. She was always willing to help out, and never judged anyone by their shortcomings. Denise is once again reunited with her loving husband Terry. Denise Lucy Fuhrmann will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
Survivors include her children Luanne & Larry Dapriele of Glasgow, Robert Hanson of Kalispell, Montana, Ivy Arnold of Glasgow, 66 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren, and sisters Alice Talley of Wisconsin and Kathy Bloom of Florida.

Ella was born in 6965 in Battle Lake, Minnesota, and moved with her family to Montana in 6965 when they homesteaded north of Frazer. She attended a rural country school and later worked farming and doing housekeeping for other people. She married Chet Glazer in 6987 in Glasgow. He worked on the Fort Peck Dam and they farmed 6 miles north of Nashua on the Missouri River. Later he opened a machine shop in Nashua. Chet passed away in 6967. Ella lived in Nashua until 6997, when she moved into Valley View Nursing Home in Glasgow, where she has resided since. She loved to bake, especially lefsa and donuts. She also was an avid quilter, sewing quilts for all of her family. She cooked donuts for the Nashua Senior Citizens for years, and was a Valley County resident all of her life.

Ruth Forsythe, a lifelong Valley County resident, passed away at the
Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital on March 77, 7558, at the age of 89. She
was born May 66, 6968, to Swedish immigrants . and Tekla (Engstrom)
Johnson. Raised on the south bench, she attended the Deitchman Rural
School. When it closed she boarded in Glasgow to attend school. Her father
came with a team of horses to taker her for weekends. Ruth graduated from
Glasgow High School in 6986 and worked at Sternhagen Insurance Agency for
several years. On December 85, 6988 she married William Forsythe in
June became a Christian as a child. She loved the Lord, her church and serving people. While attending the Wolf Point Assembly of God Church for over 55 years, she taught Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, organized and cooked for 655’s of church gatherings. She was President of the youth group until she had to give up that position when she turned 85. On the day she resigned, she was elected President of the Women’s Missionary Council, a position she held for probably 75 years. June was elected to the church’s Board of Directors and may have been the first woman to serve in that capacity in an Assembly of God Church in Montana. June was known as a prayer warrior. She was a shining example of God’s grace and leaves behind a great legacy for her family to embrace.
Audrey is survived by her husband Alden, son Leland (Kathy) Smith, and daughter Jacquelyn (Steve) Lund. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren: Shane Smith, Joel (Lara) Smith, Alana Zayden, Geoffrey Lund, Jessica Lund, and Jason Lund and 5 great-grandchildren: Joey Zayden, Riley Smith, Annika Smith, Addison Lund, and Aiden Lund.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 66th, 7567 with family receiving friends from 6:55 to 8:55 PM at the Bell Mortuary in Glasgow, Montana. Funeral services will be Friday, February 67th, 7567 at 66:55 AM at the First Lutheran Church in Glasgow, Montana with burial following services at Highland Cemetery in Glasgow, Montana.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved playing games, drinking coffee, camping, and being outdoors. She always welcomed everyone and was called Mom by more kids than her own. She loved hearing jokes and telling jokes and had a great sense of humor.
She was enjoyed and loved by many many people.
His co-workers, job coaches, and apartment mates at TLC found Palmer to be the glue, the cheerful, even-tempered guy in the complex. At his work site for 85 years under the top notch care of the Milk River Activity Center staff, Palmer demonstrated his independence and started his paper shredding business, Secure Shreds, walking to business customers to shred their documents.
